Flashclad’s systems have been tested to AS/NZS 4284 as a watertight cladding system, achieving 4.500 kPa on a standard 20mm cavity depth — among the best-tested watertight cladding and mechanical flashing systems available in New Zealand.
Non-combustible and compliant with NZ fire safety standards when used with fire-rated wall structures — including for boundary walls. Fire-rated cavity and structural battens available, rated to 4.5 kPa.
Profiles are precision-extruded to eliminate oil-canning and cupping across the weatherboard face, holding a true, consistent line across large facades.
